MLK Day of Service 2020: "Healthy in Body, Soul and Mind" First Parish Church Saco
Middle and high school aged students prepare grab-and-go bags of fresh fruits and vegetables, hygiene products, and household cleaning products for community members in need. The First Parish Church of Saco also made clean clothing, such as jackets, boots and pants, as well as blankets available for community members. Students also share information on mindfulness activities, such as simple yoga positions and relaxation techniques, to help community members in need.
